About Arabesque 1 & 2

The Arabesques are two large wall sculptures that were commissioned for the US Embassy in Dubai. They are comprised of several layers of hole-filled, High Density Polyethylene. Each layer is separated by an approximate 1/2" gap. The Arabesques are shadow machines.
