About Blue Cliff I

My Cliff Studies are pieces that evoke the rigid structures of some mountains and cliffs with a focus on the shadows, cavities and holes, folds and ridges that make their surfaces complex. I am interpreting the idea of a cliff, with its seemingly infinite strength that succumbs to the elements with the passing of time, in simple folds of coated metal.
