About Marblescape I

Marblescape I is the first marble sculpture I created since my very first, and only previous marble sculpture which was done when I was in engineering school and taking studio sculpture classes as a minor.

Although I do it rarely, I love working with stone, exploring and opening up the material, making it light with negative space, imposing new shadows and light.
