About Tierra Mesa

A four-part sculpture inspired by my time in New Mexico.

From the time I first received gallery representation in Santa Fe I began traveling to New Mexico a few times a year. I have fallen in love with the region and its natural diversity. Be it desert or mountain or canyon terrain, or places singularly unusual, there seem to be endless sources of inspiration for me. This is not the first landscape I have created that was inspired by the area, but it is the most representational one to date.
