About Plexus

Plexus is an interwoven wall sculpture that was commissioned for the entrance to the central meeting and presentation area of a beautiful mid-Atlantic headquarters of a Fortune 100 company.

I was asked to create a wall mounted artwork that related to the themes of communication and human interaction. The elements of the sculpture intermingle and interact to form the overall shape which is reminiscent of depictions of sound or energy waves. The holes within the individual shapes lend to the idea of the permeability of thoughts that are presents in a discussions.
