About Waves in the Sand

The Wave series wall sculptures are vehicles for shadow, color, and form. I have created Waves of various shapes and sizes in a variety of colors. The sculptures cast interesting, undulating shadows on the wall behind. The shadows will change if the sculpture is exposed to sunlight as that light moves during the course of the day. Under static lighting conditions, the shadows are bold and add extra dimension to the sculpture.
